Math Help please!!?

A bus travels 60 miles from Reno to Fallon and returned the same distance in a total time of 3 hours for the roundtrip. If the bus traveled 30 mph slower on the return trip, how fast did the bus travel in each direction and find the time it took to travel for each direction. The problem is a D=R(T) problem. I have the answer I just don't know the process to get the answer. Thank you for any and all help!!
