How do I clear error codes for Lexus LS 400 cd player?

My 1996 Lexsus LS400 cd changer will not eject. I just hear a clicking sound and the p displays "CD Error 13. I think I put a CD in upside down and its stuck between the cartridge stopping it from ejecting. can anyone help me....can I clear that code without the dealer
