Getting 3 [impacted] wisdom teeth removed.?

I'm also getting exposure of my 2 2nd molers. [cutting a part of my gum off] I wanna know something though, They said they are puting me to sleep for the whole surgery, so will I seriously not feel a thing? && like how hard will it be for me to brush my teeth? You know since, theres gonna be sitches in my mouth and exposed gums from the cutting. Will anything hurt at all?
