What can I do if I can't pay my rent because of the weather?

My rent has to be paid by the fifth, but because of the weather I haven't been able to pay it. I don't have a checking account so in order to pay my rent I have to go to the store and get a money order, but I can't get my car out and the office has been closed since the 1st. There's a huge pile of snow behind my car from when they plowed the parking lot.
