I am making strawberry wine and I was wondering if anyone could answer a question about fermentation?
seperating it into seperate pots would work fine but that recipie left out the most important ingredient of all, YEAST! Yes, a carboy wouldnt work in place of a gl jar, in fact its be better to use a carboy with a air lock on it anyways; after fermintation is done its best to bottle it before aging. If I were you I'd just look into getting a basic winemaking kit and a wine in a box kit if you want to make homemade wine, you wont have to wait a year like that site says and you'll end up with around 30 bottles of wine and it'll come out really good, check out a href="http://www.homebrewers.com/" rel="nofollow"http://www.homebrewers.com//a for good kits
