I have this random small dry patch of skin on my face (cheek)- been there for a few months now?

this happened to me a while ago, no amount of lotion helped. i ended up putting a dab of honey on it and the next day it was gone. honey is moisturizing and antimicrobial so it makes sense, it's just annoyingly sticky
