4 man scramble tactics?

Having won the A National scramble twice, I will give the secret away. You want your worst player to hit first, have your best player hit second, your next best third and third best last. The goal in a scramble is to find the right line-up and get your best players hitting a many shots a possible. having your best player last does not allow him to get into a groove, hitting second, he will for the mot part always have his putter in his hand, which is the most important part of a scramble, putting...Having your best player second allows the other players to free up ther swing, best player Will probably hit fairway, most greens, this allows everyone else to not feel the pressure of having to "hit" a shot. We kept the same line-up for putting too, except, we had our 2nd best putter putt last, he can handle the pressure, and gets to see the line of three players prior. This works, everyone is comfortable and no pressure. Try it and then walk proudly around your office as "winners"..
