I am scared i'm pregnant at 19?

i am on the pill and skip my periods a lot (get bad pains - recommended by gynecologist) i have skipped the last four periods and i had breakthrough bleeding one or two weeks ago, then i started taking the sugar tablets to have my period two days ago but my period still hasn't come. am i preg? my bf s into me when we sleep together because i'm on the pill..
