Protein supplement??

really? are u sure u didn't confuse protein with anabolic drugs to boost muscle growth? cos they re absolutely different. and anyway, if u need to gain m u need to consume mix 30%proteins and 70% carbs. u don't want to take protein shakes (well, i dont' want either) - so eat right then. i once had a bodybuilder (competing one) in my gym - immediately after work out he ate stinky tuna fish salad with bread. here re your proteins, carbs and vitamins. but if u want to gain m u should chage your diet and eat right. doesn't matter whether protein shake or real food.
