I don't understand, can you add some insite?

People say that Medicare and Medicaid are a financial burden on our government and can no longer be sustained, so how will national health care for everyone not in the long run bankrupt our government without imposing more financial hardship on the people in the form of heavy taxation on the people. Somebody has to pay the bill.
