Question about the transmission of HIV through minor cuts.?

Recently my friend as I was involved in an accident which left me hurt with slight bleeding. Fortunately my friend escaped with just some minor cuts and bruises. Since I was unconscious my friend isted me out of the car. My friend is HIV+. I have not thought about the situation much but my friend is worried that she might have transmitted the virus to me. As far as I am concern HIV can only transmit in this case when there is blood to blood contact since her cuts and bruises were very minor I believe she would not have transmitted it to me. Unfortunately her constant repetition of this subject is starting to bother me frankly i am now starting to get pretty paranoid. Can anyone help to me?
