Should China repeal its brutal and outdated one-child policy?

i thought it had already started talks in order to do that...but maybe i'm mistaken. but yes...they should...but i don't know that the society will be so quick on the uptake of having more kids. it's now a cultural symbol...not may will want to go outside of that....even with as damaging as it will be to their society.
