Omg I'm scared do I need to go to the doctor?

Ok well I started my period on the first and ended the 7th and am due to start. I started taking yasmin on the 10th and took it for 3 days and then stopped because of the side effects and today I had spotting like stuff and it happend about 2 or 3 times today the thing that sucks is because my mother doesn't know and idk if ima have to tell her or not.. Which I'm worried about and like ever since I took it I've always been kind of bloated and then today I got kind of pinchin pains in my side kind of back and like it felt as if I was being bit or stung.. And like after that I felt like I was gonna start getting cramps but nothing happend... Idk what to do.. Please help me and no stupid answers! Thank you!! P.s.
