Help!? What should I do if women are doing this to me?!?

It sounds to me like she likes you, but she's shy and has a hard time maintaining eye contact. Some people are awkward in social situations, and end up talking either too much or too little. After only two weeks, it's probably only infatuation, but it could develop into more.
