Had a weird dream what could it mean?

dreamed that someone left a baby on my doorstep. well the baby wasnt even cleaned up from the afterbirth. so in the dream i sent my hubby to the store to get some wash and clothes but it took me a while to take it to the hospital. i really dont know what this means.. we dont have kids... and we have gave up trying bout 6mths ago so i dont know what it could mean
