Today is our one year anniversary but my hubby gives no damn?

My hubby doest not seem to care. I have known him to be someone who is not so romantic but today being our first anniversary i was expecting him to tell me sometihng wonderful about our year being together. But no, he woke up this morning and just got dressed to leave for work. I am so sad, infact i am in tears. I dont also believe he might have something under his sleeve, like a romantic dinner together. My hubby is not that type. My worry now is i dont know what to do. I dont money to plan anything nice for us tonight. Even if i do he wont even appreciate it. All married women here, can you tell me how you spent your first anniversary? what did your hubbies do or say to you. I just wanna know all these so i could day dream. I am so sad now
