Which book has the most accurate history? The Bible; the Book of Mormon; or the Koran?

Some say everything in the Bible is historically accurate; and others say the same thing about the "Book of Mormon" and the Koran. Others say that these books are comprised of a mixture of history, mythology and the politics of the day. A few consider each of these books almost entirely mythology 00 with a few historical events (or places) mixes in. All things considered, which of these is most likely the MOST historically accurate? And, why?
