I think One of the biggest faults with our justice?

I really dislike how the juries are picked. The lawyers SHOULD NOT be able to pick and choose who comprises a jury. It's just my opinion, but I just don't think you can be blind to whats going on around you, so am I wrong to think that someone who knows nothing about such a well publicized story can't be very well informed and thus not very smart ?
