How can I get more people to sign up for my cancer support news letter?

you could advertise on some free clified ads and such. Personally I haven't looked at your site altho I have seen the link many times on answers.. the reason why is the name. I know I shouldn't judge 'a book by its cover'.. or a site by the name, but for me, cancer and smile just don't fit in the same sentence together.
