How can I get back into running?

I would suggest you set up a weekly plan for you running. Start by running approximately 3 days a week and run at a conversation type pace until you feel fatigued and then walk until you comfortable again. Start with approximately 2 miles and slowly build up each week by approximately 10% or a 1/2 mile added to your distance. Make certain you have some good running shoes (not volleyball shoes). Don't find excuses Not to run, but set a time each day to make your run part of your routines so it becomes more of a fun hobby and something you'll look forward to each time.
