Did Antonio Salieri - Mozart�s italian rivalry poison him to death ? or was it just a hoax?

That is just a myth. One composer, I forget which one, made a play or opera or something saying he did. The famous movie, Amadeus says he did. Salieri's once student, Beethoven did not believe this theory. So it may be unlikely since Beethoven knew him well. Who knows for sure except God!
