After Kate Middleton gets married to Prince William of Wales, will she become the Countess of Chester?

I've been told that "Earl of Chester" is a courtesy title normally given to the eldest son of the Duke of Cornwall (currently Prince Charles). Does that mean that Kate Middleton will be the Countess of Chester?
